At approximately 2 a.m., many of our DISD families received an email erroneously stating that their student(s) had a balance on their LINQ account. This message was sent in error through the LINQ system.
Our child nutrition team is working with LINQ to resolve this issue as quickly as possible, and we apologize for any inconvenience. Please note that all DISD students will be able to eat meals while LINQ works to resolve this issue. Please note that any balances on the LINQ app may also be incorrect. We will send a follow up email once this matter has been resolved.
