Wise County Christian Counseling - 940-627-1618 - WCCC is a non-profit counseling center committed to providing hope, love, and compassion to all who enter its doors. Services are provided based on a sliding pay scale.
United Way of Wise County - 940-627-3684 -United Way fights for the health, education, and financial stability of every person in every community. Provides free resources depending on the needs of each individual person.
Casa of Wise and Jack Counties - 940-627-7535 - Texas CASA’s mission is to support local CASA volunteer advocacy programs and to advocate for effective public policy for children and families in child protection system. Services are free.
Wise Choices Pregnancy Resource Center - 940-627-6924 - Dedicated to helping women find options in pregnancy. Services are free to those in need of assistance.
Outreach Health Services - 940-627-5796 - Outreach Health has provided the highest quality person-centered home care throughout TX and AZ. We pride ourselves in providing a home care solution that focuses on a healthier and happier outcome for those we serve. Insurance accepted. Financial assistance is available based on need.
Texas Neighborhood Services - (817) 598-5700 - utility, rental, and financial crisis assistance services. Must apply for assistance. It will be provided based on need.
Wise Health System - Behavioral Health Services - (940) 626-0145 - a comprehensive network of specialized services and offerings to secure the infrastructure and personnel necessary to meet our region’s current and future health care needs. Insurance accepted. Financial assistance available based on need.
Health & Human Services Commission - 940-627-3011 - This is the WIC application office, women's health, Medicare, Medicaid, Texas Benefits, and CPS. Services are free. Staff is there to help get you connected with whatever your current needs are.
Texas Department of Family & Protective Services - 940-627-2188 - The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) protects children and adults who are elderly or have disabilities and regulates child care. The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) works with communities to protect children, the elderly, and people with disabilities from abuse, neglect, and exploitation. It also works to protect the health and safety of children in daycare, as well as foster care and other types of 24-hour care. Services are free. Financial assistance is available based on pandemic conditions.
Helping Hands Clothing Ministry - 940-627-1912 - The mission and purpose of the Helping Hands ministry is to provide for those in need of basic clothing in Wise County. Free for those in need of basic clothing.

Wise Hope Crisis Resource Center - 940-626-4855 - Wise Hope Shelter & Crisis Center is dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive services to any person impacted by rape, sexual abuse, domestic violence, dating violence and/or stalking while partnering with our community to promote safety, healing, and prevention. Free Services.
Addy's Hope Adoption Agency - (817) 962-2488 - adoption and unplanned pregnancy assistance. $250 application fee for those wanting to adopt.
Wise Health Clinics - Center for Emotional Wellness - (940) 539-0683 - Individual and Group Counseling, Eye Movement Desensitization, and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness, The Daring Way™and Rising Strong™ Groups, Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), Other Services - Insurance accepted and financial assistance offered based on need.
